How do I pay for sessions?
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, check, or Zelle.
Can this be covered by my insurance?
Unfortunately, medical insurance does not cover our training services. While many of our trainers have medical backgrounds or are licensed physical therapists, they work exclusively as personal trainers, which means insurance companies won’t cover the costs.
However, in some cases, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) may reimburse you for a portion of the training expenses. If the training is recommended for a medical condition, you or your accountant may be able to classify it as a tax-deductible expense (with a doctor’s note), but this would also require you to cover the cost initially and be reimbursed by your insurer.
Do you offer packages?
Yes, we have flexible packages to suit your needs at a discount from our listed rates.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the session.
Are there additional fees?
No, all fees are included in our session pricing. We can however purchase equipment and bill it back to you if convenient.
What is the billing schedule?
If you choose to do one session at a time, we send a monthly invoice. If you choose to go with a package then there is no billing schedule.
How long is a typical training session?
We offer 60 and 45 minute sessions, but can do longer if needed.
When should I start training - before or after, my physical therapy ends?
We recommend starting personal training once your physical therapist advises that you’re ready. This ensures a smooth transition from therapy to fitness without risking re-injury. If your therapist approves, we can collaborate to support your progress even before therapy ends.
I just finished physical therapy. Do I need to continue exercising?
Yes! Continuing to exercise after physical therapy is essential to maintaining your progress, preventing setbacks, and improving your overall strength and mobility. Our programs are tailored to help you build on the foundation established in therapy.
How will you coordinate my care with my physical therapist?
With your permission, we’ll communicate directly with your physical therapist to understand your treatment plan and any precautions. This allows us to design a training program that complements your recovery.
Where do sessions take place?
We come to you! Sessions can be held in the comfort of your home or gym.
Do I need any equipment?
You don't need any equipment; our trainers bring the necessary equipment to each session. We do however recommend having a few items like resistance bands to practice on your own.
I am the physician, physical therapist, care manager, or loved one of a potential client. Are you taking on new clients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new clients! Please feel free to contact us for more information or to schedule a consultation. We’re happy to discuss how we can support your loved one or patient’s needs.
